How does our charter process work?
When you contact us with your inquiry, either through our website inquiry form, by phone or by email, you will be assigned a personal charter expert - your Charter Flight Manager - who will send you a selection of quotes for you to choose from. Each quote will have a clear breakdown of aircraft and airports, and the reasons they have been selected for you. Each charter aircraft option will be monitored as the departure date approaches to check that it will be still available for your required flight.
When you work with us, your Charter Flight Manager will support you through the entire private jet charter experience from start to finish. They will be available to you 24/7 and ensure your door-to-door experience is seamless and exceptional.
Process
Once you have agreed on the right option and accepted a quote, we will issue a contract. Upon receipt of the contract, your Flight Manager will confirm the flight.
You will then be provided with a passenger brief detailing the route information. At this stage, passenger details (and passport details if the flight is international) will be requested and onboard preferences, from catering to any onboard personalization, such as flying with a pet will be discussed.
We will be in touch 24 - 48 hours prior to the flight to confirm the passenger brief, complete with crew details.
On the day of the flight, we’ll monitor the progress of the flight and keep you updated with movements and any potential weather delays.
If you have any transfers booked at the destination, care will be taken to ensure that everyone is informed and on schedule.
Your Charter Flight Manager has years of experience in the aviation industry and specializes in managing particularly complex charters that involve multiple steps.
When speaking to us about an upcoming flight, it is very helpful to provide the following details:
- Date
- Departure times
- Route
- Number of passengers
- Number of bags
- Any aircraft preference
- Any pet requirements
This information means that we can quickly provide you with an initial cost estimate and be available to discuss your detailed requirements to ensure we find you the right solution.
Throughout the whole process your Charter Flight Manager will be on hand to guide you and answer any questions.
